Cyber crime – don’t take our word for it

Here at datamills, we take security very seriously.  In fact, it’s our main focus, and what sets us apart from other IT companies.

You might sometimes get tired of hearing us talking about data security, cyber crime, protecting your data, and so on.

Perhaps we’re scaremongering just to get you to buy more services…?

You’ve never had a problem so far, so are you really at risk?

Surely it’s only big corporations holding sensitive data that will really be targeted by cyber criminals?

Don’t take our word for it

datamills are pleased to be partnering with the Police, specifically the Yorkshire and Humber Regional Cyber Crime Unit (RCCU for short) to give businesses a true understanding of the issues facing them.  Manager, Shelton Newsham, works alongside UK Government agencies and international law enforcement.  He is keen to get to talk to businesses who want to find out what the ACTUAL risks are for them.  If you’re interested in having him visit your business for a chat, contact Andrew on 0114 287 0510, and he’ll be able to explain how.

Police at Digital Cafe

Sargeant Newsham will also be our guest speaker at Digital Cafe on Thursday 28th February 2019.

Come along for an hour and a half, to hear what he has to say about the real issues facing businesses in our region.  And get to ask him your own questions.
